ADVANCED ASSESSMENTS

Our players undergo comprehensive testing before the training program. We take our athletes through Force Plate Testing and 3D Motion Tracking.

 

The data from the assessment is shows Limiting Factors, Biomechanical Imbalances, and Overactive/Underactive Muscles. Once weaknesses and strengths are identified, Kris designs a training program specific to the athlete to accelerate results.

Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist will provide a specialized diet plan to suit your specific goals (i.e. gaining muscle, getting lean, improving energy, etc.)

Sports nutrition is the practical science of hydrating and fueling before, during, and after exercise. Executed properly, sports nutrition can help promote optimal training and performance. Done incorrectly or ignored, it can derail training and hamper performance.

Daily high-intensity training requires optimal recovery. Our network of in-house Sports Medicine Doctors and Massage Therapists ensure that our athletes recover properly and remain injury-free.

Recovery is the single most important part of any training or exercise program. Recovery allows for improved performance, permits time for our body to heal itself in preparation for the next training load, and decreases the risk of potential injury. All these benefits allow for the attainment of new goals.
